Rainbows and stuff

Have you ever heard that cheesy Katy Perry’s song that says "after the hurricane it comes a rainbow"? Well, sometimes it happens. For many reasons I thought this would be an awful semester, and at the beginning, it was. However I have improved a lot my grades, and I learned how to manage everything in order to have time for all my activities. As one of my favorites teachers said once “You know you are doing something good when you stop counting the days for the weekend”. I have also learned to manage assholes, so all the things that worried me last month don’t seem so important right now. Perhaps the best part of my week was Monday; I was kind of blue so a friend took his guitar and sang for me "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls, I almost cried when I heard it. It is nice to see that in spite all the people that leave our lives and all the people who want to hurt us there are still many others willing to do whatever it takes to make us smile. It has been a pretty nice weekend as well, but I’m dead (: See you, I’ll go to sleep.
